FIRE! FIRE! FIRE!

If you heard this being shouted, as you read this letter, are you confident that everyone in your organisation knows how to react in the event of a fire?

Are your people trained to prevent a small fire becoming a large one that could destroy your business and everything that you have worked for?

Has everyone been trained to escape in a safe and orderly manner?

The recent introduction of the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations introduces a new era in law enforcement, as many places that were exempt under the previous Fire Precautions Act are now required to undertake duties for the management of fire risks.

These duties include:

The appointment of one or more competent persons to help ensure compliance with fire safety legislation.
Assessment of fire risks
Production of a Company fire management plan
Having fire emergency procedures and nominated fire marshals for evacuation.
Providing employees with sufficient information and training to enable them to know what to do in the event of fire.

Employers with five or more staff must record their findings.

YOU COULD BE FACING BUSINESS CLOSURE, UNLIMITED FINES OR EVEN TWO YEARS IMPRISONMENT

The safety and training of employees should not be taken lightly. However, it shouldn't break the bank! Recognising that the services we provide are too important to be devised and merely replicated, we treat every Company, every building and every set of employees as unique.

Our commitment is to listen to the needs of our clients and never to apply standard answers.
Traditionally, fire safety consultancy and training has carried a very hefty price tag - this is no longer the case. You benefit from consistent, professional standards - at a realistic cost.
